Downtown Omak is the heart of the city, featuring local shops, restaurants, and historic architecture along Main Street. This area is walkable with community events year-round.

This neighborhood offers more open space as well as local farms and a few motels. It's less dense, with a rural and laid-back atmosphere.

A quieter residential area bordering parks and schools, North Omak is popular with families and provides easy access to the Okanogan River.

South Omak features a mix of residential and commercial areas with easy access to the Colville Indian Reservation and occasional events at the fairgrounds.
